These are GREAT!! I took these to our Accordion Club and they were a hit! (And, contrary to popular opinion, accordion players do have taste.) Great recipe!

These are incredible! I had trouble with the centers not baking. Wait until they are refrigerated or frozen before cutting.

My Grandma used to make these bars and she called it Apricot Candy. I am trying to see if anyone knows of this recipe or of anything like it. They are made with apricot baby food and have powdered sugar on top. Thanks for any help!

This recipe is really easy and very good. I used a whole jar of apricot jam, just didn't think 3/4 cup was enough. I am going to try other flavors of jam too. I think any kind would work fine. So far everyone that has tried it (I brought it to work today) has raved about it. It is a keeper!

These were very good. I did add a pinch of salt to the flour mixture and I used non-stick spray to prepare the baking pan. Think I'd prefer to toast the nuts and just put them on the cut bars instead of sprinkling them on the top and THEN cutting.
